APPLICATIONS AND USE
Resin for FRP cable core is specially designed for FRP non-metallic reinforcing core. FRP non-metallic reinforcing core is an important component of optical cable / cable, which is generally placed in the center of optical cable / cable. Its function is to support optical fiber unit or optical fiber bundle, improve the tensile strength of optical cable, etc. Traditional optical cables use metal reinforcements. FRP non-metallic stiffeners are increasingly used in various optical cables because of their advantages of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance and long service life.
FRP non-metallic reinforcing core (glass fiber) is a new type of high-performance engineering composite prepared by pultrusion process after mixing resin as matrix material and glass fiber as reinforcement material in proportion. FRP non-metallic optical cable reinforcement overcomes the defects of traditional metal optical cable reinforcement, and has excellent corrosion resistance, lightning resistance, electromagnetic field interference resistance, high tensile strength, light weight, environmental protection, energy saving and other significant advantages. It is widely used in all kinds of optical cables.

Note: Casting body sampling method is carried out according to GB/T 8237; casting body curing system: curing agent M-50 1.5%; casting body post-curing treatment: room temperature*24 hours + 60℃* 3 hours + 120℃*2 hours.

Stored at temperatures below 25℃.Storage life decreases with increasing storage temperature. Avoid exposure to heat such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. To avoid contamination of the product with water, do not store outdoors. Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Mild mixing is recommended after prolonged storage. Rotate stock.
Transportation should follow the requirement of 《Regulations on the Control over Safety of Dangerous Chemicals》 Chapter V “Transportation of Dangerous Chemicals” issued by the State Council of the people’s Republic of China.

4. What is your terms of payment?
100% full payment for the 1st trial order; from next order, 30% payment in advance, 70% payment after buyer get the B/L copy. We also accept L/C if you need.
