The acrylic sanitary ware resin is specially designed for acrylic sanitary ware FRP especially and have excellent mechanical performance, adhesive character. Acrylic Sanitary Ware Resin is low shrinkage,low styrene emission,low viscosity ,higher filler,and suitable for hand lay-up,spray. In order to better flexible application on multiple customer operation and season,we designed the different versions,which have different gel time.
Acrylic sanitary ware resin is a resin made by copolymerization of acrylate, methacrylate and other olefinic monomers. Different types and properties can be synthesized by selecting different resin structures, different formulations, production processes and solvents.
The acrylic sanitary ware resin will not be further cross-linked during the film forming process, so the relative molecular weight of the acrylic resin is large, with good light and color retention, water resistance and chemical resistance, fast drying, convenient construction, and easy to recoat and rework.

●STORAGE
The acrylic sanitary ware resin should be stored at temperatures below 25℃.Storage life decreases with increasing storage temperature.
Avoid exposing acrylic sanitary ware resin to direct sunlight or high temperatures such as steam pipes. To prevent acrylic sanitary ware resin from being polluted by water, please do not store it outdoors. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. After long-term storage, it is recommended to mix gently. Rotate inventory.
